Monday

  • 8:00 AM: Early Bird Drop Off – Kickstart your adventure for just $25 per day!
  • 8:45 AM: Check-In Time – Let’s get you checked in for a fun day ahead!
  • 9:00 AM: Intro & Rules – Start with the basics to make today awesome!
  • 9:30 AM: Super Stretching Time – Get those muscles ready with fun stretches!
  • 10:00 AM: Running Mechanics – Learn cool running tricks and techniques!
  • 11:00 AM: Snack Attack – Time to refuel with some tasty snacks!
  • 11:30 AM: Boot Camp Fun – Exciting games and exercises to keep you moving!
  • 12:30 PM: Pick-Up Party – Time to say goodbye, see you tomorrow!
  • 1:00 PM: Late Pick-Up – Oops! Remember, there’s a $25 fee every 30 min after 1 pm. Let’s try to be on time!

Tuesday and Thursday (Parents can drop off bikes on Sundays for the week for a $25 fee)

  • 8:00 AM: Early Bird Special – Jump into the adventure for just $25 a day!
  • 8:45 AM: Check-In Time – Let’s get you ready for an awesome day!
  • 9:00 AM: Bike Skills and Cool Drills! (must bring bike)
  • 10:30 AM: Snack Attack Time
  • 11:00 AM: Fun with Food – Learn why munchies matter!
  • 11:30 AM: Boot Camp Blast – Games and exercises to get you pumped!
  • 12:30 PM: Farewell Fiesta – Time to say bye, but can’t wait for tomorrow!
  • 1:00 PM: Last Call Pick-Up – Oops! Just a heads up, it’s $25 for every 30 min after 1 pm. Let’s aim to be punctual!

Wednesday

  • 12:30 PM: Pick-Up Party – Time to say goodbye, see you tomorrow!

Friday

  • 11:15 AM: Goodbye Party – Veggie Pizza Party! ($10 per athlete)
  • 12:30 PM: Pick-Up Party – Time to say goodbye, see you tomorrow!
  • 1:00 PM: Late Pick-Up – Oops! Remember, there’s a $25 fee every 30 min after 1 pm. Let’s try to be on time!

Pricing: USAT Membership Required

  • Tier 1 – Early Bird: $199
  • Tier 2 – I am Ready: $250
  • Tier 3 – I waited till the last minute $300
