2024 Tri Training Cruise – Feb 2 – 5, 2024

  • 75% Penalty     60 to 31 days prior to sailing
  • 100% Penalty    30 days or less prior to sailing.

Developing endurance through swimming is a great way to build strength and resilience. Challenge yourself to push through your limits and face the water with courage!

Warm up:

Main Set:

  • 1 x 400 with 20 sec RI
    • 2 x 200 with 15 sec RI
