Hello Team,
Great work this week! Let’s keep up the momentum and not let the weekend slow us down. Consistency is crucial for our bodies to adapt, so take some time to get in the water, dust off your bike, or go for a light run to keep your body moving. Don’t slack off now, we’ve got this!
Special Olympics Triathlon Team
Join us this weekend as we support our Special Olympics Triathlon Team in their first race of the season! Many athletes will be racing in Clermont on Saturday night, and we’ll be riding out of the airport in support. Whether you’re a unified partner or simply want to show your support, your presence and cheers will be greatly appreciated. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these inspiring athletes.
