Monday – Swim Speed Workout
Warm up:
- 200 swim. 200 kick no board.
- Drill work:
- 6×50 as 25 catch up drill / 25 free with 15 sec recovery
- 100 Free
- 6 x 50 as 25 Right arm drill / Left arm drill with 15 sec recovery
- 100 Free
- Main Set:
- 12 x 100 as 75 fast on / 25 easy with 30 sec recovery
- Warm down
- 100 alternate breathing long strokes.
