Monday – Swim Speed Workout

Warm up:

  • 200 swim. 200 kick no board.
  • Drill work:
    • 6×50 as 25 catch up drill / 25 free with 15 sec recovery
    • 100 Free
    • 6 x 50 as 25 Right arm drill / Left arm drill with 15 sec recovery
    • 100 Free
  • Main Set:
    • 12 x 100 as 75 fast on / 25 easy with 30 sec recovery
  • Warm down
    • 100 alternate breathing long strokes.
