  • 7:15 am – Run – Meet at Pagoda for warm up and run the Turkey Trot – Lake Eola
• Friday
  • 5 am – Strength – Tri Peak Athlete (Turkey Burner Workout)
  • 6:15 am – Swim – Rosen Aquatic Center
• Saturday
  • 7:00 am – Run – Baldwin Park – 8 – 10 miles
  • 9:00 am – Fabletics Power Core Yoga – Free (Millenia Mall)
