Monday – Swim on your own Tuesday –5:30 am – Bike Trainer / Virtual 6:30 PM – ROSEN Aquatic Center 4 pm – Special Olympics Conditioning (Tri Peak Athelte) Wednesday – Swim on your own Thursday – 5:30 am – Lake Eola / Long Run Friday 6:15 am – Swim – Rosen Aquatic center Saturday 7 am – Bike / Run – Waterfront Park – 2 – 4 hours Sunday 7 am – Bike / Run – Advance Cycle
