Tri Peak Strength Session – Wednesday

  • 5am – Cancelled
  • 6 am – Michelle Hill

Thursday – Track

  • Time: 5:30 am
  • Location: Lake Eola – Pagoda
  • Duration: 90 min

Muscular Endurance

  • Warm up 300 easy.
    • 8×50, 2 each stroke on 20 sec rest.
    • 4×125 on 30 sec rest.
  • Main Set
    • 6×300 on 45 sec rest.
      • 2 straight,
      • 2 broken at 150 for 20 sec,
      • 2 broken at the 100 for 10 sec.
  • Cool down: 200

Hello Team,

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying watching the Olympics. It is fascinating to see how these athletes preform. It is a testament to their dedication to their sport. I want to thank all the group leads and assistant coaches that have stepped up to lead the team practices.

No one knows the battles we go through on a day to day basis! How you approach each battles defines who you are! Change your mindset, you got this! Attack each battle with full force and show them the warrior within!

Warm up:
24 x 50 as 2 free / 1 stroke all on 10 sec recovery
Main set:
10 x 150 as 50 free / 50 stroke / 50 free with 15 sec recovery
Cool down:
8 x 75as 3 kick / 2 drill / 2 choice on 15 sec recovery
