Warm up:
24 x 50 as 2 free / 1 stroke all on 10 sec recovery
Main set:
10 x 150 as 50 free / 50 stroke / 50 free with 15 sec recovery
Cool down:
8 x 75as 3 kick / 2 drill / 2 choice on 15 sec recovery
