I hope you are all doing well. I am very happy to see that you all have been consistent with your training and working hard. Keep up the good work.
On a personal note, I have been doing from 3 – 4 workouts a day on set, it has been a lot of fun and rewarding. Can’t wait to show you the series.

Enclosed you will find the breakdown for the weekends training plan. Keep in mind, you need to put in the work and to see the results later. I know sometimes it is dragging getting up early on Sunday’s to get the run in, but if you want to achieve your goals and cross that finish line with your head high…. Get your butt out of bed and get your workouts done!
Saturday – Space Coast Ride
Arrival Time: 6:45 am / Roll out: 7 am

Ride the beautiful Brevard/Volusia section of the Florida Coast to Coast Trail! There are very few road crossings and long stretches of flat fast trail! The section we are riding goes from Mims to Sanford with a Spur out to New Smyrna!
Duration: 2 – 3 hours / run after bike 20 min
Sunday – Baldwin Park Run
Arrival Time: 6:50 am / Start Time: 7 am
Location: Baldwin Park Fountain
Duration: 8 – 10 mi
