The main focus of this workout is to gradual build and set a benchmark on your efforts. Does that mean you have to go hard and almost puke? Yes! Be mentally prepared. My goal for you is to focus on building mental strength and perception what your body is capable. This is a gradual build through out a set of weeks. Lets get ready to rumble.

Special Olympic Triathletes of Florida are ready to race on Saturday! A few athletes couldn’t make it to the training session today, but I know they are training from home! Big shout out to all of the athletes racing at the Cool Sommer Morning Series – Happy Days!

St. George Training Camp

Hang up the cycling shoes, the bathing suit and the running shoes. Join us for a glass of wine or water. We are going to meet at Santiago Bodega on June 4, 2021 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Do not bring training gear. Our goal is to relax! No one is judging you on what you are going to eat!
Clermont Sprint Triathlon – June 5, 2021
On June 5, 2021, Sommer Sports will be hosting their first Summer Series Triathlon. The Special Olympic Team will be racing as well. We will have the tent out there, some coolers with refreshments for after the race. We can hang out and spend some time at the lake afterwards. Team Building Event – June 12, 2021
Time: 9 am
It is the first week right after racing, so let’s have fun. We will host an open water swim clinic and then have bagels, drinks and a good time. Bring your lawn chair, umbrella and extra food and let’s have a good time. We will be playing lots of games such as volleyball and such. Please bring your Tri Club Shirt for a team photo.
