  1. Hello, I have paid to join the club and selected and paid for the cycle Jersey.

    I have a couple questions: 1. I do not know what all of the drills mean in the posted swim workout, who can I talk to about that? 2. I want to attend the outside bike ride training but not sure what the pace is and if I’m ready? 3. I didn’t receive my jersey yet for the ride. When are they supposed to arrive?
