Tomorrow morning we are going to have two groups. For those who need to start a bit earlier, we are going to have a group starting at 5 am. This will be led by Jen and Carlos. They will come back around and pick up the 6 am group and provide directions.
Time: 5 am and 6 am
Location: Red Pagoda at Lake Eola.
Route: Baldwin Park
Coaches: Jen and Carlos
I will be coaching a camp at Salt Lake City. Please continue training and be consistent.
