This week we are changing the schedule a bit as we have a race on Saturday and the Special Olympics Camp.

Swim Workout – Friday

Warm Up:

  • 200 free
  • 6 x 50 as 25 build (build means you gradually build your pace through out the 25 yards ) / 25 free style nice and easy focusing on long strokes with 15 sec recovery
  • 4 x 50 kick with board with 15 sec recovery


Main Set:

  • 5 x 50 fast with 20 sec recovery
  • 2x 100 free Moderate with 15 sec recovery
  • 5 x 50 fast with 20 sec recovery
  • 2 x 100 free Moderate with 20 sec recovery


Cool down:

100 Free
