Swim Workout – Friday
Warm Up:
- 200 free
- 6 x 50 as 25 build (build means you gradually build your pace through out the 25 yards ) / 25 free style nice and easy focusing on long strokes with 15 sec recovery
- 4 x 50 kick with board with 15 sec recovery
Main Set:
- 5 x 50 fast with 20 sec recovery
- 2x 100 free Moderate with 15 sec recovery
- 5 x 50 fast with 20 sec recovery
- 2 x 100 free Moderate with 20 sec recovery
Cool down:
