Week of July 28 – August 2, 2020

Good morning team,

Where did half of this year go? Can’t believe it is going to be August 2 the end of this week. As you are aware Garmin is up and running again…. I know that through all of you overboard and you felt empty not able to see your data.

Ironman 70.3 and 140.6 Cozumel has been confirmed by the Mexican Government.

Flat Tire

Make sure you have a repair kit on your bike and that you know how to use it. If you don’t, please let me know.

Schedule

Saturday workout: There will be group leaving out of Tri Peak Athlete at 5:30 am. Must be able to hold at least 20 mph drafting and have lights. WE will riding out to Lake Minneola, swim 1000 meters and ride back to Orlando.

For those who want to meet us at Lake Minneola. You can meet us at Lake Minneola at 7:15. We will start with a swim, and then a 2 loop of Cherry Hill lake Rd.
