Virtual Online Coaching – Bike Trainer

Hi Team,

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I will be hosting a Bike Trainer session at 6 am. You can sign in from your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. You have to Register in advance. Please see the details below.

Weekend SChedule – Mar 21 – 22, 2020

Hello Team,

I hope you are taking the social distancing serious. For those who know Jeff Meister, he came back positive from the Corona Virus! Please keep him and his family in your prayers! It is important that you keep yourself safe!

Weekend Schedule

Saturday – 6:30 am

  • Advanced Cycle – Lee Vista and 436
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Led by Coach Torres

Make sure you are keeping yourself at least 6 feet apart from one another the entire time.

Sunday – Run on your Own

  • International Distance – 6 miles (4 miles moderate / 2 miles tempo)
  • Half or Full Distance – 12 miles (10 miles moderate / 2 miles tempo)

Races Update

As many races have been reschedule, this week has been a great week for transition. Therefore, we will be testing again soon. As we tested last week, we have a great new benchmark for the bike. Great way to build a base for at least 6 weeks with these new numbers. On the run, we will test in the next two weeks. Don’t be discouraged. Things will get better.


We don’t have control over the situation. We have to make the best out of each situation! Smile and keep on going!

CFL Tri Club – Update (Thu – Fri)

As this event is currently intensifying it’s very important to keep yourself safe. If you come in contact with anyone that is sneezing or coughing make sure you stay away from them. Make sure you wash your hands!

It doesn’t matter if they’re not seizing or coughing keep at least 6 feet apart.

Therefore here’s a schedule for Thursday and Friday:

  • Thursday
    • Time: 6 am
    • Location: Howard Track Middle School
    • Sport: Bike Trainer
    • Note: make sure you set up your bike trainer at least 7 feet apart from one another.
  • Friday
    • Yoga/Stretch
    • Video will be posted . Do it on your own
  • Saturday
    • We need to obey the law, as many hospitals and emergency rooms are very busy we do not want to give them an excuse to ban cycling.
    • Therefore I’m going to encourage all of you to do a bike trainer session at home and keep yourself safe.
    • If you go riding outside and invite other athletes to go riding out with you the Tri Club insurance will not cover you.

If anything changes I’ll keep you all posted. Whatever you do make sure you’re doing the necessary to keep your immune system boosted and eat healthy.
