Monday – Swim Recovery workout

Hello team,

I’m stuck on I-4 and it isn’t moving!

Please do the following swim workout:

Warm up:
4 x 200 as
1 free / 1 kick / 1 pull / 1 choice
Main Set:

Half and Full: 7 x 300 steady at Zone 2 high with 30 sec RI
(Swim the first 4 then pull the last 3)
You are starting to what the reality of Ironman swimming will be.

If you doing short course: just do 5 x 300 steady at zone 2 with 30 Sex recovery


Cool down: 8 x 75 as 3 free / 2 kick / 2 drill / 1 choice all on 15 sec RI
