Moving forward we are going to have several group leaders for each individual distance. When you arrive to the practices please go to your team lead as they will have the workout for that day. Coach Torres will oversee the workout and hold everyone accountable. However, your team leads will be glad to ask any questions if you have any.
Short Course Sprint/Olympic: Michelle Hill and Laura Minns
Half Distance / 70.3: Jenn St and Carlos M.
Full Distance / 140.6: Hector and Dan G

|Thursday||5:00 AM||Downtown YMCA||Track||We will meet at the DTWN YMCA and then head to the track. Michelle / Laura will lead the short course and Jen and Carlos will lead the long course.|
|Friday||5:30 AM||Aquatic center||Swim||1 hour 30 min swim|
|Saturday||8:00 AM||Lake Louisa State Park||Bike / Run||Brick workout: Bring your bike gear and your running gear. Start time will be at 8:30 am.|
|Sunday||6:00 AM||DTWN YMCA||Long Run||Baldwin Park Loop – Please coordinate with your team lead.|
2020 CFL Tri Club Kick OFF Meeting
The CFL Tri Club Kick Off Meeting is going to be held on January 11, 2020!
We are going to be hosting two events that day:
2:30 pm Kick OFF – Special Olympics
3:00 pm Kick OFF – CFL Tri Club*
*Please arrive at least 15 min before hand. Please register for the club before attending so you can skip the lines.
