Hello Team,

I just got back to Hawaii. I will not be there in the morning. Please follow this workout:

Warm Up
3 x 100 free with 20 sec recovery
600 Pull / Paddles at 75%
5 x 100 free with 15 sec recovery at 75%
2 x 200 pull / paddles at 75% with 20 sec recovery
3 x 100 free with 15 sec recovery at 75%
200 pull / paddles
100 Choice
