Please get this workout in:

  • Warm up: — 30 minutes at 2build from 55 – 65%
  • Get Sweaty Set:
    • — 5 minutes at 95% — 10 minutes of recovery bringing 55 – 65%
  • Main Set:
    • — 3x 10 minutes at 70 cadence at 95% and your climbing — 8 minutes recovery at 55 – 65%
  • Cool Down: –10 minutes
