I hope you are all doing well. As the hurricane gets closer, please make the arrangements necessary. The aquatic center will be closed. However the downtown ymca will be open regular hours and on Saturday wit close at 12 n.
Please do the following workout:
Warm up 400 swim easy.
12×25 fast every 4th on 15 sec rest.
Main Set 2×1000, one straight on rest of 1:30 min, one broken at 500 for 30 sec negative split.
Warm down 300 easy.
